Welcome to Tourghado.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using any part of Tourghado.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read them carefully.
By using Tourghado.com, you confirm that:
Tourghado.com provides comprehensive online travel agency services, including, but not limited to, booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and tour packages. The platform also offers travel advice and personalized travel planning based on user needs.[15, 16]
In providing these services, Tourghado.com operates solely as an intermediary between the user and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies, local tour operators, and other travel service providers). The company exercises due care and diligence in selecting reputable service providers and arranging suitable travel plans in accordance with the preferences and specifications provided by the user.[15, 16]
Users acknowledge that any failure to strictly comply with the requirements of these third-party suppliers may result in denied boarding, cancellation of reservation(s) or purchase, denial of access to any flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, or forfeiture of any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase.[14] This explicit delineation of the intermediary role is crucial for managing user expectations and mitigating Tourghado.com’s liability. As an intermediary, Tourghado.com does not directly control the quality or delivery of services provided by third parties. Therefore, the Terms of Service must clearly articulate that liability for issues arising from these third-party services (such as flight delays, hotel discrepancies, or cancelled local tours) rests with the direct service provider, not Tourghado.com. This clarity is vital for financial protection and preventing costly disputes, ensuring users understand that while Tourghado.com facilitates their travel, the ultimate responsibility for specific trip components lies with the direct service providers.
Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. While Tourghado.com strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, errors may occur, and users are advised to confirm pricing and details prior to making a booking.[13]
The dynamic nature of travel pricing and itineraries necessitates flexible clauses that allow for necessary adjustments while maintaining transparency to prevent disputes and uphold customer trust. The travel industry is inherently susceptible to external factors such as fuel price fluctuations, currency rate shifts, geopolitical events, and local conditions (e.g., weather, unforeseen closures). These factors directly impact the cost and feasibility of travel arrangements.[13, 17] Since Tourghado.com cannot absorb all these external costs or guarantee fixed itineraries indefinitely, the Terms of Service must grant the business the right to adjust prices or itineraries. However, simply stating this right is insufficient for building customer trust. The Terms of Service must also commit to informing the customer about such changes and the reasons behind them, as indicated by the commitment to inform users how their package price will be affected.[13] Without clear clauses addressing these dynamics, Tourghado.com risks customer dissatisfaction, negative reviews, and potential disputes when changes occur. By proactively outlining these possibilities and committing to transparency, the Terms of Service becomes a vital tool for managing customer expectations and safeguarding the company’s reputation in an unpredictable industry, transforming potential points of conflict into understood operational realities.
All cancellations and amendment requests must be submitted to Tourghado.com in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of third-party service providers. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for.[14, 17]
If a user cancels any or all booking, cancellation fees may apply. A written cancellation must be received for it to be effective. If a trip is cancelled:
In certain cases, a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued (e.g., non-refundable flight tickets). Users are advised to inquire about full details of cancellation charges at the time of booking. If a user leaves (cancels, rejects) a trip for any reason after it has commenced, Tourghado.com is not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.[17]
If a user decides to change any portion of their confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during their trip, Tourghado.com will attempt to assist. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. Administrative charges and any additional costs from suppliers will apply.[13, 14]
Type of Change/Cancellation | Fee (Per Person) | Additional Costs |

This Cancellation and Amendment Fee Schedule is included to provide users with a clear, concise, and easily digestible overview of financial implications related to changes or cancellations. Presenting this information in a tabular format is the most effective way to convey complex, conditional financial details, allowing users to quickly understand the consequences of their actions without sifting through dense paragraphs. This approach enhances transparency, which is a core principle of modern data protection laws, and reduces the likelihood of misunderstandings or disputes. It also streamlines internal operations by providing a consistent reference for customer service inquiries regarding these common questions.
Neither party will be considered in breach of this Agreement if their performance is prevented by a Force Majeure event. Such events could include, but are not limited to, acts of God, wars, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or unforeseeable disruptions in transportation networks, occurring after the date of this Agreement.[15]
It is the sole responsibility of each customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations for entry into and exit from Egypt and any other countries on their itinerary. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the duration of the trip.[14, 17, 18, 19]
Tourghado.com acts solely as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers. The company will not be liable for any failures, accidents, or dissatisfaction directly related to the services provided by third parties (e.g., flight delays, hotel issues, tour operator performance). Any disputes with such providers must be addressed directly with the provider.[15]
Tourghado.com’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of fees received by Tourghado.com, excluding costs paid to third parties. To the extent an Implied Warranty cannot be excluded, Tourghado.com’s liability is limited to either the provision of a similar trip of equivalent value or a refund of the total amount received from the user in connection with their booking, at Tourghado.com’s absolute discretion.[17]
Tourghado.com excludes liability for any loss, death, injury, or damage a user may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with or arising out of their participation in a trip, or any breach of these Booking Conditions. Users release Tourghado.com and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims they may have against Tourghado.com arising out of or in connection with their participation in a trip.[17]

Tourghado.com is licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism (License Number: 2221) and adheres to all Egyptian tourism regulations and legal requirements.[16, 18] Tourghado.com has established fair and efficient dispute resolution mechanisms to address any concerns promptly and effectively.[16]
